Dispatch & estimated delivery
We dispatch Monday to Friday, with a daily cut-off of 3:00pm (Malaysia time). No dispatch on public holidays.
Estimated arrival after dispatch: West Malaysia: 1–3 days; East Malaysia: 3–6 days; Singapore: 3–6 days. These estimates start after your parcel is dispatched, not when the order is placed. Actual delivery times depend on courier speed.
Shipping rates
Orders below 2 pairs have an RM12 shipping fee.
Shipping is RM50 and above (approximately SGD15).
COD is available only for Semenanjung/West Malaysia addresses. The RM10 COD charge is added on top of the normal shipping rate shown at checkout. It is not available for Sabah, Sarawak, Labuan or Singapore.
