How do I track my parcel?
Tracking details are sent after the order is handed to the courier. Use the tracking number in your order update to follow the parcel.
What if tracking shows delivered but I cannot find the parcel?
Check with household members, reception and the courier first. If it is still missing, contact us with your order number and tracking number.
Lens wear & care
How should I choose and use cosmetic lenses?
Contact lens fit is personal. For questions about fit, vision or eye health, consult a qualified eye-care professional and follow the instructions supplied with the lenses.
Can I clean or store lenses with water?
No. Wash and dry your hands before handling lenses, and use fresh contact-lens disinfecting solution as directed. Do not rinse or store lenses in tap or bottled water.
Can I sleep, shower or swim in my lenses?
Avoid sleeping in lenses unless your eye-care professional specifically directs it. Remove lenses before showering or swimming and keep them away from water.
What if my eyes become red, painful or my vision changes?
Remove the lenses and contact an eye-care professional promptly. Do not keep wearing a lens that causes discomfort.
