Q: Where is the company located?

We are based in Melaka, Malaysia. We ship to West and East Malaysia, and Singapore so you can receive your package within 1-6 business days.

West Malaysia: 1-3 days
East Malaysia / Singapore: 3-6 days

Q: Provide COD / Self-Pickup my order?

Yes, we provide COD service (West Malaysia only), and you need to make an order through the website before you Self-Pickup your order.

PRODUCTS

Q: How long can I use the contact lenses?

Monthly (1 pair) can be used as many time as you want for 30-90 days after opening.

Daily lenses (5 pairs) can be used 1 time and should be discarded at the end of the day.

Q: When is the shelf life of the contact lenses?

The life span of unopened contact lens is stated on the information section on the bottle/blister. Example: EXPIRED DATE 1 DEC 2027, LIFE SPAN 3 MONTHS If the contact lens is being opened on 3 Jan 2022. it is able to last until 3 Mar 2022. If it is unopened, it is able to last until 1 Dec 2027.

Q: What's base curve (B.C) and effect diameter (Eff DIA)?

Base curve (B.C) is the curvature of the back surface of the lens where it determines the type of fit the lens must have to match the natural curvature of your eye. Effect diameter (Eff DIA) is how big the graphical part of the lens, so the bigger it is gives you a more dolly look!

Q: What power range do you have?

All our lenses are available from power 0.00 to -8.00. If you need different powers, monthly lens can mix powers in 1 pair.

Q: Do you have lenses for astigmatism?

We do not have lenses for astigmatism, but stay tune for more updates!

Q: What kind of material are your contact lenses made of?

we currently have:

i) Monthly lenses use Polymacon which contains 38% water.
iI) Daily lenses use Polymacon which contains 38% water. 

Q: Which is better, monthly or daily softlens?

For beginners or customers whom has difficulties cleaning your contact lenses every night, daily softlens is the best choice as you throw away the lenses that has impurities and protein built up at the end of day. If you don't mind going through a detailed caring process, monthly contact lens is thicker and last longer than daily lens. This is because monthly lens has to prevent drying during storage and to last for 30 days.

Q: The power of the softlens is correct but why is my vision blurry?

The inner diameter of every lens is different, inner diameter is the clear part at the center of the lens. If you are not used to wearing lens with small diameter, you will feel that the vision is being blocked by the decorative pattern of the softlens.

WEAR & CARE

Q: How old do I have to be to wear contact lenses?

We believe that successful lens wear depends more on responsibility and attitude than age. We recommend you contact your Eye Care Professional to determine if your child is a good candidate for contact lenses.

Q: Do contact lenses feel uncomfortable at first?

For beginners, it is normal to experience different sensation compare to bare eyes (without softlens). Do not forget to soak the softlens in designated solution at least 8 hours - overnight before wearing. If you wear the softlens directly after removing from the bottle, your eyes might feel stingy (the solution in the bottle is preservative water, not cleansing solution for softlens).

Q: Can contact lenses melt or get lost behind my eye?

Are you worried your contact lenses will melt in sauna or over barbeque? Don’t worry, this is false. The lens material can only decompose at temperatures much higher than the boiling point of water. Also, it’s physically impossible your contact lens will slide behind your eyes as a membrane covers your eye and connects to the inside of your eyelids.

Q: Are colored contact lenses safe?

It’s important to find beauty lenses that do not compromise on health and safety. One of the most common problems is that many coloured contact lenses leave your eyeballs in direct contact with their pigments and at Eyesbae.com our contact lenses do not do so.

Q: Can I wear contact lenses after LASIK/Cataract surgery?

Please consult your doctor/eye care professional for advices on this.

Q: What’s the maximum time I can wear contact lenses, can I sleep with it?

Do not wear contact lens for a whole day without removing it at all. The encouraged duration for wearing contact lens is only for 8 hours a day (unless it's silicone hydrogel which can last up to 24 hours). And no, you cannot sleep with your contact lenses. Take off your contact lens and rub with solution before your nap if you can. If you happen to fall asleep unintentionally while wearing contact lens, use eyedrops when you're awake.

Q: Can I wear softlens that has dried out?

Do not attempt to rehydrate dried out contact lens and discard them immediately. The inner structure of the contact lens has destroyed and you should not wear rehydrated dried out lens as his might result in severe eye irritation, bacteria infection and physical damage to the cornea.

Q: How do I know if my lens is spoiled?

There's a few signs such as i) experiencing stingy feeling on eyes;  ii) shape of the lens does not look normal; iii) minor/major scratches on the lens surface; iv) curvature of lens is not perfect. Discard your lens once you experience these to avoid irritation!

Q: Can I place contact lenses directly in the lenscase without cleaning it or reuse the solution from last night?

It's a BIG NO! Before placing the softlens into the lens's case and soak, it must be cleansed to avoid bacteria breeding. Cleansing of softlens can be done manually (rub gently using hand) or using a softlens cleansing device. You CANNOT reuse any solution that has been used prior. In addition, the solution in the blister for daily softlens is not sterile once open and it is unable to store and disinfect your softlens. Daily softlens is able to be used once and must be discard after removing from your eye.

Q: What product/medium can I use to wash my contact lenses and contact lens’ case and how long do I soak the lenses?

You can use multipurposes solution. The pH for the multipurpose solution is different from our eyes, so it is a must to soak the contact lens with multi-purpose solution to neutralize the softlens's pH for at least 8 hours. You can purchase our recommended solution or refer to this link to see how to clean and store your contact lenses.

Q: Can I use tap water to clean my contact lenses and contact lens’ case?

Never try and clean your contact lenses with water, whether it's bottled or from the tap. This can lead to serious eye infections!

Q: Can I use softlens cleansing solution as eye drops?

Usage of softlens cleansing solution as eye drops is not encouraged as cleansing solution contains preservative and disinfecting components which may cause irritation whereas eye drops normally contains contents that are formulate according to the tears to suit the eye environment.

SHIPPING

Q: Where do you deliver to and is there any delivery fee?

West Malaysia: We offer free shipping with minimum 2 pairs otherwise it will be RM7.
East Malaysia: RM5 shipping fee with minimum 2 pairs otherwise it will be RM12.

Singapore: It will be RM50 and above (SGD 15)

Q: Which shipping couriers are you using?

Postage couriers used by Eyesbae.com will be depending on convenience and location such as: KEX, Skynet and SF Express.

Q: How can I track my package?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an order confirmation whatsapp msg and it will be updated with a tracking number after our designated courier has picked up the parcel.

Q: Does the shipping cost for international order include customs, duties and/or taxes?

Customs, duties, and taxes are not included in the total price of the purchases upon checkout but fret not, usually most country there’s no duties if item is below certain value.

Q: A delivery attempt was made but I wasn’t home to receive the package, what do I do?

If you were absent when a delivery attempt was made, your package will be sent to your local post office. Please call the relevant post office listed in your tracking and arrange for 2nd delivery or self collection.

Q: My package appears as delivered but I did not receive it, what should I do?

ORDERS

Q: How do I place an order?

You can click on any product, add to cart and complete your details and payment to place an order.

Q: How long will it take for my orders to process?

Once payment is complete it will be shipped out within 24hours and take 1-3 working days for courier service to deliver for Malaysia, and 4-7 working days for Singapore.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept all major supported debit/credit cards, PayPal and E-Wallet.

Q: How can I change my delivery address and options?

If your order has not yet shipped, please contact us immediately on WhatsApp and we will change immediately if it's not shipped out yet. Please note that we are not responsible for extra charges and lost package if the issue is due to the wrong info provided by the customer.

Q: Can I combine my orders?

We are unable to make amendments to orders once they are successfully processed.

REFUNDS

Q: Can I cancel my order right after the order has been made?

Q: What should I do if I receive a wrong product or product with noticeable defects?

If customers found the lens defect in the bottles before opening, customers may return or exchange. Customers should double check the lens before opening the bottles and take a video to show us the defective parts.

Q: Refund for products damaged during delivery?

If customers receive damaged products during opening, customers may request for refund or exchange. Customers should take a video to show us the defective parts after received in 3 days after received.

Q: Can I get refund for change of mind?

Problems such as the lens do not fit, not comfortable, not suitable, etc, we’re not held responsible as each individual may have certain requirements in wearing lens in terms of size, designs and quality.

Q: Is the return postage fee covered?

Return postage not covered if it’s change of mind or other similar reasons. But we will cover it if it’s was a mistake from our end.
