Where do we deliver and what are the delivery fees?

West Malaysia: Free shipping for orders of 2 pairs or more. Orders below 2 pairs are charged RM7.

East Malaysia: RM5 shipping for orders of 2 pairs or more. Orders below 2 pairs are charged RM12.

Singapore: Shipping starts from RM50 (approximately SGD15). The final rate is shown at checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is available only for eligible West Malaysia / Semenanjung delivery addresses.
• A RM10 COD service fee applies and is separate from the shipping fee. Both charges are included in the final checkout total.

Which couriers do we use?

We select a courier based on delivery location and availability. Couriers may include DHL, Skynet and SF Express.

How can I track my parcel?

After your parcel has been collected by the courier, we will send the tracking number through WhatsApp.

My parcel shows as delivered, but I did not receive it
